TOWN OF FOWLER INVIATION TO BID In compliance with Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, sealed bids will be received by the Fowler Town Clerk, Town of Fowler, St. Lawrence County, New York for mowing, trimming and spring clean up of specified cemeteries and properties located in the Town of Fowler. Bids are to be given for mowing, trimming, and spring clean up of each property listed below during the time frame of mid May to mid September, 2014. The price for entire season must be included in the bid. The cemeteries are to be mowed and trimmed as needed (dependent upon condition of property). The Hailesboro ball field, Sylvia Lake Beach and Fowler Town Hall properties are to be mowed on a weekly basis (dependent upon condition of property). The successful bidder will consult with Rick Newvine, Town of Fowler Deputy Supervisor and Councilman, as to the conditions of the properties and the need for mowing and trimming.
